Welcome to a space dedicated to your well-being. I am a highly qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with a Level 6 Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling, complemented by an MSc in Psychology. My professional journey also includes a background in coaching and teaching.

With over 2500 hours of counselling experience, gained through roles in addiction centres, student counselling, and private practice, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. My expertise extends to various areas, including trauma, anxiety, addiction, depression, and more.
