Winter Blues

Winter blues may be an understatement this year. Christmas can be a lonely time and winter can be long. For those of us self-isolating alone we are highly likely to feel loneliness and perhaps hopelessness. It could be key at this time more than any other that you reach out for help.

When you combine seasonal affective disorder (which affects us all to some extent), with lockdown, with everything else that may already be going on for you counselling could be something that really helps.
